Making 'Angin' coaster and mat by the oldest method
"Appreciate Jomon man's dexterity with each and every stitch!"
Japan's oldest weaving method, it involves attaching a weight to the warp-yarn and entwining it with the weft-yarn. Hemp yarn is used to make a coaster (10cm square) or mat (20cm x 25cm).
Be sure to take your finished work home and make good use of it.
